eLounari Suomi Oy: B2B spam with too many fails to count
emailmainos.com
(literally: “emailadvertisement dot com” in Finnish), a new (Nov 22, 2011) service of Aboanet Oy, is providing ESP services to eLounari Suomi Oy, elounari.fi, whose spam fails in so many respects.
Spamming IP: linko.emailmainos.com [84.20.149.137]
Spam headers:

Human-readable spam content: None. The message does not contain a text/plain part at all.
The HTML part is missing key required elements, too. It cannot be recognised as marketing clearly and unambiguously (Section 28 of the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Electronic Communications, 516/2004). There is nothing on how to be removed from the list (Section 27 of the Act), and there is nothing on the address source (mandatory as per Personal Data Act, Section 25).
The entire spam is shown on Infinite Mho’s site as usual.
Neither emailmainos.com or elounari.fi care too much about RFC 2142, apparently.
