Nobody took today off, probably because it’s the end of the quarter for FEC reporting. :/ Bill Clinton bright and early, followed by Romney campaign deputy digital director Abe Adams, Senator Al Franken, and Ann Romney. And several other groups. <sigh>

- Former U.S. President Bill Clinton stumping for current U.S. President Barack Obama, using the official Obama campaign mailserver at ESP Blue State Digital. (Listed on: SpamCop)
- Mitt Romney for President campaign deputy digital director Abe Adams, via the official Romney campaign mailserver at ESP ExactTarget.
- Michael Sherrard of FaithFul America yet again, via ESP SalsaLabs (Wired for Change). (Previously on Mainsleaze…)
- U.S. Senator Al Franken, who appears to be joining the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee‘s “Spamming Senator of the Day” club, via ESP SalsaLabs (Wired for Change). (Listed on: SpamCop) [I’m REALLY seeing why SpamCop listed this IP. :/]
- The Ending Spending Action Fund, via GOP stronghold marketing firm and ESP SmartechCorp.
- Mitt Romney’s wife Ann, also via the official Romney campaign mailserver at ESP ExactTarget.
- Vintage liberal activist group Americans United for Separation of Church and State, via ESP MailChimp, whose usual standards for bulk email make them a VERY risky proposition for any group that isn’t willing to adhere to strict opt-in. (Americans United hit only one spamtrap, probably a typoed subscription.)

The Archbishop of Newark just sent a pastoral letter, addressed to over 1 million Catholics in his archdiocese, demanding that Catholics who support marriage equality refrain from receiving Holy Communion.
