Tempstar Nordic Oy, a vendor of heating and cooling products, is having a hard time acknowledging that no means no. The ESP is Digitoimisto Digitaali Oy, who took less than an hour, outside business hours, to make toast of the sender and to inform the complainant of the fact. That deserves a big Thank You.

Spamming IP: 81.90.69.91 (previous time in January 2011: 87.94.164.79 – spamming promptly terminated by Lapinvest Oy, who happen to be IMho’s own ISP)

On January 31, 2011, Tempstar Nordic Oy spammed Infinite Mho Oy with an ad for their products and services. The spam was sent to an address that had briefly been Infinite Mho Oy’s contact address in the Finnish Business Information System in January 2010, a year earlier. A comprehensive opt-out was sent to Tempstar Nordic Oy and their service providers. It was rejected by postmaster and abuse, mandatory role accounts, in violation of RFCs 5321 and 2142, but accepted by “info”, which had been the sender address on the spam (cue Postfix log snippet):
