MAJ-Yhtiöt Oy (www, biz reg) is spamming. The ESP is SendGrid, who will probably have terminated the sender before I hit “publish” on this post.

The address source indication is “Public business directories on the Internet”, but somebody (apparently a private person living close to the church in Herttoniemi, Helsinki) nonetheless operates their own remove list, which, if it contains a single address of a natural person, becomes a file of personal data that must be announced in line with Sections 10, 25 and 36 of the Personal Data Act.

MAJ-Yhtiöt have been spamming at least since April 2012, which is when I spotted their spam in addresses that had to have been sold by Fonecta. At the time, they were collaborating with Panic Marketing Oy, nowadays the subject of SBL168245.

www.maj-yhtiot.fi is hosted on 83.145.246.152 by my favourite Finnish spam-support ISP, Nebula.

suoraposti.com is hosted on 188.165.142.188 by my favourite French spam-support ISP, OVH.

DNS to suoraposti.com is provided by Amazon AWS.
