We have a new graph, too. It describes the relative badness of an ESP on the scale of amount of messages divided by amount of separate customers seen. Three players stand out by a huge margin. The scale is linear. RuleMailer (a Swedish operation) has one customer that is spewing like crazy and a handful of very small customers that aren’t a problem. MailerMAX is an unadulterated spam service provider that does not deserve to be listed along with legitimate ESPs. Green Arrow only appears because of the problem they had last month; it was history after the first week.
