HP wants to invite a spamtrap to a marketing do, and in doing so, fails in a big way. They’re doing their own bulking, but some of the marketing copy is hosted by Barabra.

1. No unsubscription mechanism (Sections 26-27 of the Act on the Protection of Privacy in Electronic Communications)
2. No address source indication (Section 25 of the Personal Data Act)
3. Processing outdated and erroneous personal data (Section 9, Paragraph 2 of the Personal Data Act) – the address has been dead a while
4. Business identification is rather lacking
